Hi Courtney, my name is Fabio. I'm thinking about doing the running leg for Ski to Sea. I'm no pro runner, I will be training to get to the 8 mile distance, but while I do it I wanted to know if you knew of any runs in the area to help me train for downhill element. I saw your bit on the bellinghamdistanceproject about training for eccentric loads. I will definitely add squats and calves to get specific. If I run on a treadmill do you think I should do it before, after, or in intervals of each. Also any other tips for race day are appreciated :) thanks!
