W.O.W. - Women On Wine, developed by Mrs. B, owner of Vinostrology. A region or varietal is chosen, each person in W.O.W. buys regarding to the topic; one is designated the hors d' oeuvres. This week's focus: Alsatian white wines (Gewurtz, Gris, Riesling, etc.) from Alsace, FR. Mads & I paired the food: homemade Gruyere & asparagus tart, prosciutto

I like the women of W.O.W. Someone is always going on a vacation, everyone is exhausted, we all have the munchies, 1 or 2 of us always overpours (and one of those two is always me), we gather advice & admit faults. This evening in particular: "I tend to overshare...with women." "With women that's not possible. Now, with men, you can overshare completely." "I agree, I overshare with my man." "My man is intuitive, he knows when to back off --" "Yeah, but does he know when to come back around?" "Yes, he does. He's a good man." "I still think I overshare with women." "I don't see that, you're too quiet over there." And so on.
